Please fill out one for each class you'd like to register for.  If you are not able to attend, then please let us know with an email to info@cyberlynxoregon.org 

Please check the schedule. You will need to know the title, date, time and location of your class.
NOTE:  Don't use the keyboard's enter key until you have filled out the entire form.  To move between input fields, use the tab key or click in each with your mouse.  When you've completed your registration for one class, click the "submit" button.  Please submit separately for each class you wish to attend.
